With nearly three decades of experience in the beauty industry, Tressa has played an integral role in transforming the retail operations and presence of global brands. This experience paired with her extensive knowledge of strategic brand development has given her the lens to help businesses become brand leaders, hire the right people, and develop a strategy that allows their products and services to stand out from their competition.
In 2019, Tressa left the beauty industry, eager to share her expertise with brands across various industries – the first being cannabis. Enamored by this emerging industry and all of its promise, Tressa worked as the Head of Retail Sales and Strategic Brand Development at Parallel. After great success in this role, she was inspired to take her career even further. That’s when Sage Group Consultants came to be. Tressa wanted a real platform to partner with businesses and help them unlock their greatest potential as they launch new brands. At the end of the day, her driving force is to support businesses, provide strategic guidance and create a runway for their success.
